Dr. Kagan is a practicing pediatrician whose clinical interests include ADHD and learning disorders. He is in practice with Pediatric Specialists – Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, tending to patients at the offices in Norfolk and Chesapeake, Virginia.
For more than 70 years, the healthcare professionals at Pediatric Specialists have provided the highest standard of pediatric care for patients. A Boston native, Dr. Kagan earned his undergraduate degree from Boston University. He then attended Georgetown University School of Medicine where he graduated with his medical degree in 1974. This was followed by a residency in pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, and a clinical fellowship in pulmonary medicine and anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School.
Among the doctor’s community involvement and memberships, he is a member of the Medical Society of Virginia, the American Medical Association, the Norfolk Academy of Medicine, and the American Academy of Pediatrics, Virginia Chapter.
